When will my order ship?

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to reach out to our manufacturers to fulfill your order and ship it out. 

How long are shipping times?

Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping times will vary from 2-6 weeks depending on your location. Most of our manufacturers are overseas and this is the main factor in that time frame. As we are a small business, we are using manufacturers overseas while we grow! You will receive a tracking number once shipped. 

Will I get an email with my order details?

Of course! You will receive an Order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. You will also receive a tracking number so you can always know where your order is. You can use websites like www.17track.net to keep an eye on the status.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. Please contact us here as soon as possible. We can not guarantee a successful change or cancellation if the order is already shipped. 

Please contact us immediately so we can either refund your order, or change it to suit your needs. 

How can I return my product?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense! Please contact us here as soon as possible if you would like a return.
